International Transfers
International Data Transfers
As a company operating across Asia, the Middle East, and with international clients, we may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not have the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
- Transfers to countries within the EU/EEA are governed by the GDPR and require no additional safeguards
- Transfers to countries deemed "adequate" by the European Commission proceed without restriction
- Transfers to all other countries are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, binding corporate rules, or other appropriate transfer mechanisms.
- We carry out Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) for all third-country transfers to assess and mitigate any risks to your rights and freedoms.
Our primary data is hosted on AWS (Singapore, Mumbai) and GCP (Singapore, Netherlands) data centres. All facilities are ISO 27001 certified and subject to independent annual audits.

Children's Privacy
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@asianneurax.com. We will promptly delete such data from our systems upon verification.
