24/7 Threat Detection

Continuous security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing (bi-annually), and an incident response plan are in place.

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, as required under applicable law.

Our primary data is hosted on AWS (Singapore, Mumbai) and GCP (Singapore, Netherlands) data centres. All facilities are ISO 27001 certified and subject to independent annual audits.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@asianneurax.com. We will promptly delete such data from our systems upon verification.

If you are under 16: Please do not submit any personal information to us. Ask a parent or guardian to assist you, or contact us on your behalf.

For EU residents, this is the data protection authority in your member state. For India-based individuals, this is the Data Protection Board of India.
