By accessing or using AI Technology Transformation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and our company. They apply to visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with our platform or services.

We provide AI-driven solutions designed to help businesses transform and scale, including:
- AI strategy consulting and digital transformation roadmaps
- Custom AI model development, training, and deployment
- Workflow automation and intelligent process optimization
- Data analytics, business intelligence, and predictive modeling
- Ongoing technical support, monitoring, and maintenance
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active clients.

User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in suspicious activity.

AI Usage Policy
Our AI tools and models are provided for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to use our AI services to:
- Generate harmful, deceptive, illegal, or discriminatory content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate proprietary models
- Bypass safety mechanisms or content moderation systems
- Process sensitive personal data without proper authorization
Any violation of our AI Usage Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to our AI services without prior notice.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them for business, legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, models, documentation, and materials provided by AI Technology Transformation remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
Custom deliverables created for a client under a signed engagement are transferred or licensed according to the terms of that specific contract. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Client-owned data and materials remain the property of the client. We do not claim ownership over data provided by clients for the purpose of delivering our services.

Payments & Billing
Fees for services are outlined in your project proposal, subscription plan, or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per contract terms
Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in service suspension.

Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters. Our collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We implement industry-standard security and privacy practices to protect personal information. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Partial billing periods may not be refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Technology Transformation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the notice period defined in your contract. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or engage in misuse of our services.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, but provisions related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

We may integrate with or provide access to third-party platforms, software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and other services to enhance the functionality and performance of our AI solutions. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services.
- Users are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms and licensing requirements.
- We may modify, replace, or discontinue third-party integrations as technology and business needs evolve.
- Third-party providers may collect, process, or store data in accordance with their own privacy practices.
While we carefully evaluate our technology partners, we do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or future compatibility of any third-party service and shall not be liable for losses arising from their actions, outages, or policy changes.
